Hip Hop
Hip hop dance is a vibrant street dance style rooted in the cultural movement that began in 1970s New York City. Built on foundational grooves like the bounce and the rock, hip hop emphasizes rhythm, individuality, musicality, and connection. As a social dance, hip hop was created to bring people together through movement, self-expression, and community healing. In class, dancers may explore elements of popping, breaking, cyphers, freestyle, and modern-day commercial choreography while building confidence, creativity, and a deeper connection to the culture.

Contemporary dance is all about creativity, individuality, and discovering "what else is possible?". It blends traditional modern dance techqniues by pioneers like Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham, Lester Horton and Pina Bausch with the present day choreographic aesthetics that we see in mainstream dance culture today. Dancers will explore athletic floor work, notions of swing and release, improvisation and movement composition techniques as well as commercial dance aesthetics while discovering their own unique artistic voice.

Ballet is a timeless form of dance where grace and strength meet in every movement. Students will study foundational ballet vocabulary, barre work, centre practice and choreography while building strong technical habits. Our Instructors use imagery, imagination, and storytelling alongside anatomically correct terminology to help dancers deepen their understanding of the form. Our philosophy recognizes that every body is built differently, and perfectly, and we encourage dancers to develop healthy, sustainable technique that works with their individual anatomy, rather than against it.

Jazz dance is a high-energy style that found its way from social dance halls to Broadway stages, music videos, and commercial performances, becoming known for its bold expression and electrifying presence. This class focuses on the sharp, dynamic, and performative qualities that make jazz dance so exciting. Expect upbeat music, strong lines, quick footwork, and energetic combinations. Perfect for dancers who want to move with confidence, attitude, and style.
LYRICAL
Lyrical dance is an expressive and emotional style that blends the technical foundations of ballet and jazz with the freedom of contemporary dance. This class encourages dancers to move with intention and vulnerability, using choreography to communicate feelings, experiences, and powerful messages. Lyrical dance creates a space where emotion meets movement, allowing dancers to tell meaningful stories to their audience.

MUSICAL THEATRE
Musical Theatre is an exciting and dramatic genre inspired by Broadway productions and stage performance. This class combines acting, lip syncing, and elements of jazz dance to bring characters and stories to life and entertain our audiences. A perfect way for students with big personalities to express themselves, our Instructors will introduce fun theatre games, improv activities, storytelling challenges, and character work to help dancers learn to light up the stage with confidence and personality.

Acro is a dynamic genre that combines dance technique with acrobatic skills such as tumbling, contortion-style poses, arm and chest balances, limbers, and partner tricks to create visually striking architecture with the body. Our instructor is Acrobatic Arts Certified*, ensuring dancers learn proper progressions and safe skill development every step of the way.
Parent + Tot, 3-4yrsCREATIVE MOVEMENT
Creative Movement is a playful and imaginative class designed for little ones to explore movement, music, and creativity in a fun and nurturing environment. Dancers will hop like bunnies, fly like birds in the wind, tiptoe like fairies, stomp like dinosaurs, and use their imaginations to bring movement to life. Our Instructors use music, games, props and storytelling, to help dancers build coordination, rhythm, balance, listening and social skills while introducing basic dance concepts in an age-appropriate and encouraging way.
TAP
Tap dance is a classic and fun style that turns dancers into musicians with their feet! The focus of this class is on moving to the beat, developing a strong sense of coordination, and having fun making noise while learning upbeat choreography.
6-8yrs
Breaking
Breaking is a high-energy street dance style that originated from hip hop culture in the 1970s. By nature, it is a social dance designed to bring people together, which is why this class is open to anyone 6-99yrs old! This style combines toprock, footwork, freezes, power moves, and creative self-expression. Rather than focusing on learning choreography, dancers will develop foundational breaking skills that they can combine and build upon to create their own freestyles. Classes will include party grooves, technique drills, movement exploration, and cyphers where dancers can practice their skills and find their own unique style.

18+yrsHeels
Heels is more than a dance class... It's a space for people to feel powerful and supported while exploring their own unique expressions of sensuality and sass. Class always begins with a thorough warm-up and progresses into drills that focus on posture, lines, strutting, floorwork, and performance quality. Dancers will also learn short pieces of choreography inspired by commercial jazz styles.
13+yrsPointe
Pointe is an extension of classical ballet technique where elegance meets strength in every moment. Dancers will work through exercises at the barre and centre, practicing relevés, échappés, sous-sus, bourrées, and other foundational movements while emphasizing healthy placement and injury prevention. To enroll in this class, dancers must already have a strong foundation in classical ballet technique. Book an assessment with us to see if you’re ready to dance “en-pointe”.
Salsa
18+yrsSalsa is a vibrant partner dance style rooted in Latin and Afro-Caribbean cultures, known for its rhythm, connection, and expressive movement. In this class, dancers will learn foundational salsa steps, partner work, musicality, turns, and styling while developing confidence and connection with their dance partner. Classes will focus on building skills that dancers can use to adapt, improvise, and enjoy social dancing rather than simply memorizing choreography. Through guided exercises, grooves, and social dance practice, dancers will explore their own style and have fun moving to the music.
